What the record says
Every block cites its source. The colour of a finding marks its category — which document, who filed it — not how much it matters.
Nexstar Media Group, Inc. is an American multimedia conglomerate headquartered in Irving, Texas, with operational headquarters in Midtown Manhattan and an additional office in Chicago. Founded on June 17, 1996, Nexstar is the largest television broadcasting company in the United States, owning 265 television stations—most of which are affiliated with the four major American television networks and MyNetworkTV—in markets as large as New York City and as small as San Angelo, Texas, and operating additional stations through local marketing agreements with certain affiliates such as Mission Broadcasting and Vaughan Media to satisfy existing regulations set in place by the Federal Communications Commission.

Every SEC filing, newest first, with what it is. Below, each type with its own explanation.
2,200 filings on record, the oldest from Sep 16, 03.
Listing the 25 most recent filings of the 2,200 on record.
The record reaches back to Oct 1, 04.
Corporate events are tracked from 2004-08-23, when the SEC renumbered 8-K items. Earlier filings use an incompatible numbering and are not classified here.
Schedule 13G: short-form filing
The short form, for holders who meet specific requirements: institutional investors, passive investors without a control purpose, or exempt investors. Asset managers and index funds usually file it.
Structured 13D/G data starts 2023-12, when the SEC moved these filings to a machine-readable format. Earlier filings exist but are not parsed here.
Sale intention announced
On Sep 23, ALFORD ANDREW filed notice of intent to sell up to $468K.
A notice is not a sale: it may not go ahead, may happen in part, or at a different price.
After the notice, they sold $468K on Sep 23, per their Form 4. That is 100% of the shares announced so far, and the window is still open.
There are 10 more transactions in this stretch.
Stock compensation, tax withholding, option exercises and gifts. They are listed separately and are not included in the purchase and sale totals. The type describes the transaction, not the filer's intent.
The full record holds 551 transactions and goes back to Jun 28, 21.

Every company's public profile is open. The full reading — context, Radar, watchlist — is inside, in an invitation-only beta.
Compare plans →This profile for every company we cover: closing prices with the record's facts on the curve, the SEC file in plain language, insider trades included, and links to its sector and exchange.
What matters today, with its reason, is free with an account. Pro adds, in the profile, each company's notices and their explanation and the analysis of its insiders; in Radar, all the lenses, which notice each candidate carries, filters by notice type and «no dilution», and the cycle cohort filter; and in Watchlist, more companies and notice changes with their reason.
Adds the Lab: test a hypothesis on comparable cohorts before reusing it; and bring your lenses to Radar.

Those filed with the SEC by the company, its insiders and its major shareholders, within our coverage: periodic reports (10-K, 10-Q, 20-F), material events (8-K), proposed sale notices (Form 144), insider transactions (Form 4) and stakes above 5% (13D/13G). Each links to the original on EDGAR.
It depends on the company: some European issuers file a 20-F or 6-K with the SEC and others don't. The profile shows whatever is on record; when there is nothing, it says so rather than guessing why. Europe does not yet have a common filing archive like EDGAR in the United States. The EU will open its own, ESAP, in July 2027 (managers' transactions arrive in January 2028), and we plan to add it once it is available.
