These terms are an operational baseline for the HornScout beta. They are not a final launch contract and must be reviewed before payments or broader public availability.

Provisional legal baseline
This text is intended to stop the public site from looking incomplete during beta. It should be reviewed and replaced or confirmed by legal counsel before launch.
Identification
HornScout is the product brand. HornScout, S.L. is in formation and pending registration. NIF/CIF and registered office are pending assignment/confirmation.
Service description
HornScout provides tools for market research, organization and analysis: discovery, ticker review, historical research, follow-up and market context. The service may change during beta.
Beta and access
Access is controlled and may depend on invitation, review, beta code or account status. Features, limits, pricing and availability may change while the product is tested.
Accounts and credentials
Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using accurate account information and notifying HornScout of suspected unauthorized access.
Permitted use and prohibitions
Use the service for your own lawful research and evaluation. Do not abuse the service or try to bypass technical, security or access controls.
- No abusive scraping or automated extraction
- No redistribution of data or screens without permission
- No reverse engineering or security probing
- No use to advise third parties without the required authorization
- No attempts to access accounts, data or areas that are not yours
Data and third parties
Market, company or contextual data may come from third parties, internal processing or public sources. It can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, unavailable or subject to review.
Intellectual property
HornScout, its interfaces, copy, structure, models, workflows, marks and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Beta access does not transfer ownership.
No investment advice
HornScout is not designed to provide personalized financial advice, individualized recommendations, portfolio management, order execution, brokerage, fundraising, buy/sell signals or price targets.
Changes, suspension and liability
The beta may be paused, modified, degraded or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, HornScout is not responsible for decisions made using incomplete, delayed or incorrect information.
Law and review
Unless final terms state otherwise, Spanish law is the expected reference framework. Jurisdiction, consumer terms, billing, tax and liability language remain pending legal review.
