Directors, officers and holders of more than 10% report their trades in the company's own stock on Form 4, generally within two business days. Here are the purchases and sales reported over the last 7 days.
A Form 4 mixes transactions of different kinds. Purchases and sales (codes P and S, open-market or private) are counted separately from the rest: share awards, option exercises, tax withholding and gifts. The type does not prove intent: a sale may follow a scheduled plan (10b5-1) arranged in advance.
Showing the 50 most active, of 212.
Only companies with at least one reported purchase or sale are listed. Transaction counts only. Amounts appear on each company's page, where they are checked against the market price.
