What the record says

Description, identity and filings, each with its source.

Every block cites its source. The colour of a finding marks its category — which document, who filed it — not how much it matters.

What the company does

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is an American multinational banking institution headquartered in New York City and incorporated in Delaware. It is the largest bank in the United States, and the world's largest bank by market capitalization as of 2026. As the largest of the Big Four banks in America, the firm is considered systemically important by the Financial Stability Board. Its size and scale have often led to enhanced regulatory oversight as well as the development of an internal "Fortress Balance Sheet".

Ownership and control

Schedule 13G: short-form filing

The short form, for holders who meet specific requirements: institutional investors, passive investors without a control purpose, or exempt investors. Asset managers and index funds usually file it.

Structured 13D/G data starts 2023-12, when the SEC moved these filings to a machine-readable format. Earlier filings exist but are not parsed here.

Sale intention announced

On Sep 10, Robin Leopold filed notice of intent to sell up to $882K. It is filed under a scheduled plan (10b5-1), arranged in advance.

A notice is not a sale: it may not go ahead, may happen in part, or at a different price.

After the notice, they sold $882K on Sep 10, per their Form 4. That is 100% of the shares announced so far, and the window is still open.

Are the prices real time?

No. It is one close per session, from the provider and with the date shown on the profile; it does not update during the trading day.

Which SEC documents appear here?

Those filed with the SEC by the company, its insiders and its major shareholders, within our coverage: periodic reports (10-K, 10-Q, 20-F), material events (8-K), proposed sale notices (Form 144), insider transactions (Form 4) and stakes above 5% (13D/13G). Each links to the original on EDGAR.

Why does a European company show no SEC records?

It depends on the company: some European issuers file a 20-F or 6-K with the SEC and others don't. The profile shows whatever is on record; when there is nothing, it says so rather than guessing why. Europe does not yet have a common filing archive like EDGAR in the United States. The EU will open its own, ESAP, in July 2027 (managers' transactions arrive in January 2028), and we plan to add it once it is available.
